There are 18 class times to choose from each week.

Classes are 50-60 minutes and include warmup/mobility piece, a 15-30 minute workout and a cool down. Exercises are modified as needed to accommodate all levels and abilities . Class schedule is shown below. Register for a class at the link above or click here
